Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children
It always amazes me how when you feel all alone in a struggle or trial in life Heavenly Father provides a way for you to make it through. Yesterday I went with Scott to his appointment with his Rheumatologist. I normally don't go, and Scott hadn't been to see him in a year. Scott made the appointment on his own and I decided that it would be a good idea for me to go and get a better understanding of Scott's condition and also ask if anything doing with Scott's health may have an impact on what is happening to Tristan.

I wasn't sure if I would hear back at all...but today she emailed me back! She said that they are doing research on Periodic Fever Syndromes including PFAPA and in fact are tracking most cases in the Dallas area. She said that as long as Dr. Wasserman (Immunolgist/Allergist) agreed that Tristan could be seen, she would love to have Tristan come in and be evaluated. So I send Dr. Wasserman an email on his secure...
